• First, converting the paper cadastral maps into digital maps that have not been transferred by the Survey Authority, allowing them to be stored in a geographical database, with the plots which is linked to their serial numbers, to identify the date of each piece through the main link (Piece number, Village number – Provisional number - governorate number) and its integration with the national number database using the national identification number to identify the personal data of the parties to the transaction (when available).

  • Second, The establishment of agricultural cadaster database supplementing the data land registry of digitally transferred land and the digital maps existing in the Egyptian General Authority for Surveying and associated data.

  • Third, the link between the basic data base and the agricultural cadaster database should be achieved through the unified land plots. This is the final preparation of an integrated geographic documentation database for the agricultural lands. (Piece number - Basin number - Village number - Center number - Governorate number).

  • Fourth,Digitized map of all agricultural lands in which the registry system was implemented (optional): This is done by collecting the digital maps that were linked to the real estate sheets in the third item to form a unified digital map.
